There are simple exercises you can do like walking, this improves your cognitive skills and memory. In fact, the pressure your foot impacts during a walk sends waves through the arteries. Maintain a sleeping pattern
A good sleep cycle improves your overall health both physical and mental. But we get it, studying medicine and having full 8 hours of sleep may seem steep but it is not impossible. Sleep deprivation can lead to problems in memory, and concentration. It is believed that freshly learned skills slowly move deep into the permanent part of the brain while you sleep. It has been recommended that young children should aim for at least seven to eight hours of sleep each night.
You can try these tips if you have trouble sleeping:
- Choose a bedtime and make it a habit, your brain will lock this and give you a sound-ful sleep in later days. You also tend to wake up at a regular time.
- Avoid munching heavy food right before bed. You can keep around a three or two-hour gap between dinner and bedtime. If you get hungry at night, you can keep small snacks like fruit or nuts at your bedside.
- Do not use mobile phones right before bedtime. The light from the mobile gives a signal to the brain and forces it to stay awake. In other words, read a book before bedtime. Or if you need to use the laptop, make sure the light is dimed.

How to get Admission to Ukraine?
Every student must submit the following documents to an overseas education consultant like us to get MBBS admission in Ukraine.
- Completely filled application form
- Original and copy passport
- 10+2 school certificate and mark sheets in PCB
- NEET qualification certificate
- At least 6 passport size photos
- Medical certificate of HIV and Covid
These documents can be sent either via email, fax or in person, the documents will then be sent to the concerned MBBS university abroad and within a few days, you will receive an invitation letter from the university through courier.
Eligibility Criteria for MBBS in Ukraine
- Candidates must be at least 17 years during admission
- Students must have a 10+2 mark sheet in PCB subjects
- S/he must be from a recognised board of education
- Candidates must clear the NEET examination
- A health certificate must be provided (HIV and Covid)
- The general category must obtain 50% marks and 40% for (OBC/SC/ST)
